Vantrexia

Branding your tenant

Upload your practice logo, choose brand colors, pick a theme, and set tenant-wide preferences.

Why bother branding?

When patients see Vantrexia in invitation emails or in the patient portal, they should see your practice, not a generic vendor. A few minutes of setup makes the platform feel like an extension of your clinic.

All branding lives under Settings → Branding. Changes apply to every staff member in your tenant immediately.

Your logo appears in the staff portal sidebar, on patient-facing emails, and on printable reports.

Open Settings → Branding.
Under Logo, click Upload and choose your image.
Crop or position it in the preview, then click Save.

Logo guidelines:

  • PNG or SVG with a transparent background
  • At least 512 px on the longest side
  • Under 1 MB
  • Looks good on both light and dark backgrounds (test by toggling the theme)

You can also upload a favicon (the small icon in the browser tab) and a square mark for spots where the full horizontal logo doesn't fit.

Vantrexia caches branding assets aggressively. After you upload a new logo, give browsers a minute or hard-refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) if you don't see it right away.

Brand colors

Vantrexia's UI uses three brand colors:

  • Primary: the main accent (buttons, links, highlights)
  • Secondary: used for hover states and secondary buttons
  • Accent: used for chart fills and small flourishes

To set them:

Open Settings → Branding → Colors.
Click each color swatch and pick a hex value or use the color picker.
Watch the live preview on the right side of the panel.
Click Save when you're happy.

You only need to set the primary. Vantrexia auto-derives sensible secondary and accent colors from it. Override them only if your style guide requires specific values.

The portal automatically blends your colors with the active theme so text stays readable in both light and dark modes. A bright orange primary, for example, becomes a slightly muted orange on the dark theme so it doesn't burn anyone's retinas.

Picking a theme

Themes change the overall look-and-feel: backgrounds, surfaces, and chart palettes. Vantrexia ships with five:

ThemeBest for
DefaultBright, clinical, blue-leaning. The safe choice.
DarkLow-light environments and late shifts.
OceanSoft cyan-blue palette; popular with cardiology.
ClinicalCalm teal/green palette; popular with chronic care teams.
SunsetWarm orange palette for practices that want personality.

To set a default theme for new users:

Open Settings → Branding → Theme.
Pick one of the five options.
Click Save.

Each user can override the default from their own profile menu, but new hires inherit your tenant's default until they change it.

Tenant-level preferences

A few practice-wide preferences live in the same screen:

  • Display name: how your practice is referred to throughout the portal and in emails
  • Time zone: drives time stamps on readings, alerts, and audit logs
  • Date format: MM/DD/YYYY (US) or DD/MM/YYYY (international)
  • Measurement units: pounds vs. kilograms, Fahrenheit vs. Celsius
  • Default language: currently English; more languages coming

Each preference affects every user in your tenant. If you operate across time zones, set it to the time zone where most of your clinical review happens. Individual users can still see local times in their own profile.

Patient-facing branding

The same logo, colors, and display name flow into:

  • Patient enrollment emails
  • Reading reminders and alerts (where allowed)
  • The patient mobile app's welcome screen
  • Printable summary reports

There is nothing extra to configure. Set it once in Settings → Branding and it applies everywhere your patients encounter Vantrexia.
