What the mobile app is for
The Vantrexia mobile app is a companion to the staff portal. Designed for clinicians and care coordinators who need to respond to patient alerts away from a desk. It is not a replacement for the web portal; charting, enrollment, and billing all happen on the web.
Use the mobile app to:
- Get push notifications when a patient hits a threshold alert
- Quickly review a patient's recent vitals
- Acknowledge alerts and document brief responses
- Check device status when a patient calls about a scale or cuff
Install and sign in
Download from the App Store, join TestFlight beta, system requirements, and your first sign-in.
Day-to-day use
Patient roster, push alerts, responding to thresholds, device status, and biometric unlock.
Mobile security
Biometric auth, session timeout, signing out remote sessions, and what to do if a phone is lost.
The mobile app is currently iOS-first (App Store and TestFlight). Android is in active development.
