Devices
Pair, troubleshoot, and replace the cellular devices your patients use at home.
The Devices section of the staff portal is where you take a sealed device box from inventory and turn it into a working RPM connection in your patient's living room. Every cuff, scale, glucometer, and pulse oximeter Vantrexia ships is a cellular device. There is no Wi-Fi to configure, no app for the patient to install, and no Bluetooth pairing dance. The patient takes a reading and the data lands in your queue within seconds.
Use these guides for the full device lifecycle, from the moment a box arrives at the clinic to the day it is retired or returned.
Pair a new device
Receive a shipment, scan the activation code, assign it to a patient, and confirm the first telemetry reading.
Troubleshooting
Resolve the readings-not-coming-through, weak-signal, offline, battery, and firmware problems you'll see most often.
Replacements & returns
Swap a lost or broken device, process a return to inventory, and offboard a discharged patient cleanly.
Throughout this section, paths are written as they appear in the staff portal. For example, Devices -> select device -> Return. Field labels and button names are in bold.
