Monthly Call Tracker
Track weekly outreach cadence for RPM and CCM patients, see who is overdue or short of a billable threshold, and log completed calls.
The Monthly Call Tracker is one page showing every active patient for a given month, how many outreach attempts they have had each week, and whether their documented time is on track to bill.
It is the page most practices work from daily.
How the weeks are bucketed
Weeks are calendar-day based, matching how practices track outreach on paper:

The four counters
The counters at the top of the page tell you where to spend your day.
- Overdue this week counts patients with no completed call in the current week bucket.
- In CPT jeopardy counts patients with fewer than 20 documented minutes this month. Twenty minutes is the first billable threshold, so these are the patients whose month is at risk of producing nothing.
- On track counts patients who have cleared that threshold.
- Total is every active patient in the tenant, not only formally enrolled ones, so patients who should be enrolled but are not still show up.
Rows are sorted with overdue and in-jeopardy patients on top.
Logging a call
Two paths. You can dial through Voice Scribe directly from the row, which captures the call and produces a note for attestation. Or you can log a call you made outside the platform, which records the attempt and the minutes without a transcript.
Both count towards cadence. Only documented, attested time counts towards billing.
Logging a call is not the same as documenting one. The tracker records that contact happened. Billing needs attested minutes. See Reviewing and attesting notes.
Program filter
The tracker filters by program: RPM, CCM, or both. The program matters because RPM and CCM have separate CPT ladders and separate minute pools.
Exporting
Export produces a per-entry breakdown for the selected month and program, which is what you hand to a biller or auditor who wants to see the work behind the claims.
